Juxin Fasteners utilizes a fully integrated PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) package to capture all product requirements and facilitate timely product approval in accordance with agreed schedules.

 

Feasibility reviews are conducted by our engineering team, combining expertise in both design and application to ensure manufacturability and functional performance.

 

We adopt a collaborative, team-based approach to product development. By actively contributing to our customers’ design verification programs, we ensure that product quality requirements are fully understood and effectively managed. Automated Optical Sorting High-speed optical sorting machines measure over 25 critical component attributes at rates of up to 450 pieces per minute. This ensures the highest level of quality and supports our zero-defects objective for assembly operations.

Specialized Packing Capability Custom packing solutions are implemented to meet diverse customer requirements, protect product integrity, and streamline logistics.

Process Optimization & Inspection To reduce production tooling demands and improve efficiency, we have introduced flexible plant equipment and automated inspection technologies. Feasibility teams evaluate and select quality testing equipment to ensure optimal compliance demonstration for all products. Where possible, computerized inspection systems are utilized to enable focused quality reviews, track performance trends, and feed valuable data back into the product development process.

03 Universal Material Testing Machines

Our computer-controlled, fully digital electro-hydraulic universal testing machines utilize precision hydraulic cylinders and servo valves to perform tensile, compression, and other mechanical property tests.
