Request for Quotation (RFQ) Management
Juxin Fasteners receives requests for quotation (RFQs) through multiple channels, including our external sales team, dedicated account managers for existing customers, and direct enquiries submitted via our website.
Each RFQ is formally reviewed and qualified to ensure all required technical and commercial documentation is available before quotation. This includes customer drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements. Operating in a quality-focused environment, Juxin Fasteners ensures that customer requirements are fully understood and integrated into our internal processes from the initial enquiry stage.
APQP Advanced Product Quality Planning
To ensure all quality and performance requirements are met, Juxin Fasteners applies an Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process for all automotive customers. If you would like, the same APQP methodology can also be used in non-automotive and industrial sectors.
For both new programs and carry-over parts, all applicable automotive and designated projects are entered into our APQP management system. Key milestones and deliverables are defined and closely monitored to ensure customer pre-production timelines and launch schedules are achieved.

From raw material suppliers to in-house manufacturing processes and approved external service providers, our cross-functional teams work collaboratively to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of product realization.
Feasibility Review
Juxin Fasteners’ Feasibility Engineering team systematically reviews all customer drawings, specifications, and applicable standards to ensure a complete understanding of customer requirements.
During the feasibility review, critical and safety-critical characteristics are identified and evaluated. Our engineers work closely with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to confirm process capability, manufacturing feasibility, and supplier alignment. This cross-functional approach ensures that the selected manufacturing processes and supply partners fully meet technical, quality, and compliance requirements before project release.
Sourcing from the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
Juxin Fasteners maintains an Approved Vendor List (AVL) for automotive and industrial applications, managed by a dedicated Commercial, Quality, and Strategic Sourcing team. Suppliers are approved, maintained, or removed from the AVL based on defined business needs, quality performance, and ongoing evaluation results.
The AVL program is supported by Supplier Quality Managers (SQMs in Europe and Asia), who conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews. Through continuous assessment and structured supplier development initiatives, Juxin Fasteners works closely with its supply partners to drive quality improvement, process stability, and long-term supply chain reliability.
Supplier Quotation Review
Juxin Fasteners’ Feasibility Engineering team is responsible for reviewing and evaluating supplier quotations to ensure manufacturing capability, process controls, and quality performance are fully aligned with customer requirements.
During this review, supplier manufacturing processes, capacity, and technical assumptions are assessed against customer drawings, specifications, and critical characteristics. Any gaps, deviations, or constraints are clearly identified, documented, and reviewed to ensure they are fully understood and formally approved before project progression.
Commercial Review
The relevant Juxin Fasteners division conducts a structured commercial review to evaluate the total cost associated with supporting each customer program. This includes, but is not limited to, inventory and stockholding requirements, facilities and premises, labor costs, logistics, and product movement.
The completed cost model is reviewed against forecasted turnover, margin targets, and working capital requirements and is authorized in accordance with internal approval procedures. This disciplined approach enables Juxin Fasteners to remain competitive while also identifying opportunities to deliver additional value through optimized commercial and logistical solutions that benefit both parties.
Customer Quotation
A formal system-generated quotation is prepared to meet the customer’s defined technical, quality, and delivery requirements. RFQs may be received through multiple channels, including our external sales team or dedicated account managers supporting existing customers.
Before issuing a quotation, Juxin Fasteners ensures that all required documentation—such as drawings, specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines—is complete and validated. This structured approach enables an efficient quotation process while maintaining accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
Order Receipt and Internal Review
Upon receipt of a customer order, the New Business Introduction (NBI) team conducts a comprehensive internal review. Commercial terms, operational capacity, and logistical requirements are verified against the original quotation to ensure complete alignment.
This review confirms that all internal functions are prepared to support the program and that resources, processes, and supply chain arrangements are in place before order confirmation.
Contract Review
The contract review process ensures a shared and documented understanding between Juxin Fasteners and the customer across all aspects of the agreement. In addition to product engineering and technical specifications, the review covers order volumes, delivery schedules, production timelines, and quality requirements.
The NBI team is responsible for ensuring that products are delivered in accordance with customer expectations for Start of Production (SOP) and that ongoing production requirements are clearly defined, understood, and effectively managed throughout the product lifecycle.
PPAP & Sample Approval
Juxin Fasteners operates automotive product approval processes in accordance with the standardized Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Off-Tool Sample (OTS) documentation. Group-wide approval documentation has been established using Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) templates to ensure consistency across all programs.
Our global product approval strategy enables the efficient qualification of standard parts for multiple customer locations, reducing overall approval timelines while maintaining full compliance with customer and industry requirements. Customer-specific PPAP and documentation templates are also kept to support the unique requirements of Juxin Fasteners’ global OEM customers.
Customer Product Approval
Achieving first-time product approval is a key business performance indicator (KPI) at Juxin Fasteners. Our objective is to attain 100% first-pass approval on all PPAP and sample submissions.
This KPI is tracked and reviewed monthly by the Group Quality Director and Customer Quality Managers. Performance data is analyzed to identify improvement opportunities and to ensure sustained compliance with customer quality expectations.
Bulk Production and Supply Chain Planning
Effective planning is critical at the bulk production stage. Cross-functional coordination occurs between Juxin Fasteners’ manufacturing sites and approved AVL suppliers to ensure that contracted volumes, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met.
Global logistics planning is managed by our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to align product movement with customer assembly schedules, regional regulations, and applicable legislative requirements. This disciplined approach ensures reliable, on-time delivery and uninterrupted production support for our customers worldwide.
Start of Customer Production (SOP Support)
During the initial build and start-of-production (SOP) phase, Juxin Fasteners provides on-site technical support as required to ensure a smooth, controlled production launch.
Throughout the ramp-up to full production, our logistics and supply chain teams continuously monitor material flow, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
This proactive oversight enables early identification and mitigation of potential risks, ensuring supply continuity and preventing disruptions that could impact customer production.
Quality Control Flow
All suppliers to Juxin Fasteners are required to comply with our internal quality, sustainability, and ethical standards, as well as all applicable local laws and regulations. To become an approved supplier, partners must either sign our Quality & Sustainability Agreement (available upon request) or participate in a structured development program to achieve future compliance.

01 Quality Management System Overview
Juxin Fasteners strictly operates in accordance with an ISO 9001–compliant quality management system throughout all stages of production. Our experienced Quality Assurance (QA) team is responsible for controlling material quality, manufacturing processes, and outgoing product quality to ensure full compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.
Quality control activities are systematically applied to prevent non-conformities rather than relying solely on final inspection. In addition, Juxin Fasteners has integrated environmental management into its existing management system, reinforcing our commitment to responsible and sustainable manufacturing practices.
02 Material Quality Control (Incoming Inspection)
All raw materials are subject to incoming quality inspection before release for production. Dimensional and specification checks are performed using calibrated precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
Visual inspections are also conducted to verify surface condition and material integrity. This includes checking for defects such as corrosion, pitting, surface damage, or other abnormalities that could affect processing performance or final product quality. Only materials that meet defined acceptance criteria are approved for production use.
03 In-Process Quality Control
In-process quality checks are performed at defined stages throughout manufacturing to ensure process stability and consistent product quality. Key characteristics are monitored using appropriate inspection methods, gauges, and process controls.
Operators and quality personnel conduct regular inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, functional requirements, and process capability. Any deviations are identified promptly, and corrective actions are implemented to prevent the continuation of non-conforming products.
04 Final Product Quality Control
Final inspection and testing are conducted on finished products before shipment to ensure full conformity with customer drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
This stage includes dimensional verification, visual inspection, and functional checks as applicable. Products are released for shipment only after passing all final quality control criteria, ensuring that customers receive products that meet performance, reliability, and consistency expectations.
