Self-clinching standoffs provide a solution when design engineers need to space panels and components in their metal enclosures. They are used to stack parts or keep components a defined distance from the panel in which they are installed. Juxin Fastener’s clinch standoffs are available in a blind or through thread to meet application requirements. Use a standoff where the design calls for the standoff to be installed through the exterior of the enclosure. Use a through-thread (also called a thru-hole) clinch standoff to create a flush outer appearance.

These self-clinching standoffs have thru-hole threads, Thread sizes #4 to #10, and M3 to M6. Also available unthread on particular order. These standoffs, which use the proven self-clinching design, are installed with a squeeze in properly sized round holes - and become permanently mounted on the thin sheet. Thru-hole threaded standoffs are installed with their heads flush with one surface of the mounting sheet.
