Sealing Characteristics: Once the self-clinching nut is locked, the deformation of the nylon pad inside the nut produces a good sealing effect, and the anti-leakage pressure can reach more than 0.5MPa. 

Locking characteristics: According to the design principle, as long as the locking force is sufficient, it can be realized once locked and never loosened (i.e. commonly known as the "bite" phenomenon).

Locking characteristics: According to the design principle, the self-clinching nut can be locked at any position on the screw, regardless of whether there is preload on the nut. Self-locking nuts generally rely on friction, the principle is through the embossed teeth pressed into the sheet metal pre-positioned holes, general and square pre-positioned holes in the aperture are slightly smaller than the self-clinching nut.
