Large Flange Steel Blind Rivet Nuts – Smooth Body

Large Flange Steel Blind Rivet Nuts feature a larger flange and a smooth, round body,

improving load distribution and retention when fastening sheet metal and other thin materials.

They are particularly suitable for applications involving round, oversized, or less-than-perfect holes.

Made from steel, these blind rivet nuts offer higher mechanical strength than aluminum versions and suit applications that require a strong,

reusable internal thread. Zinc-plated options provide mild corrosion resistance for general industrial environments.

Also known as threaded inserts, blind rivet nuts, or nutserts, these one-piece tubular fasteners can be installed entirely from one side of the workpiece.

During installation, a suitable rivet nut tool deforms the rear section of the insert, forming a backside bulge that securely locks the rivet nut into the material.

The large flange European-style design is available in a wide range of metric and inch thread sizes.

Closed-end versions are also available in selected sizes, helping seal the rear of the fastener against moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
