Material: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel; Specifications: d1.6~4 mm; Length: 4-40mm; Surface Treatment: Black phosphate coating (ACP), Zn plating, Chromate dipping    


These products are made from plate materials that have spring properties processed with the rolling-up technique and the joint portion will have a slot. These are used to retain radial spring force and used as parts for pins or hinges. In the case of receiving dynamic load, specifying the insert direction is recommended. Compared to the general-purpose type pins the plate gauge is thin. This type is suitable for locations where the applied parts are such as aluminum or plastics that require lower insert load.
