Aluminum clamps have good corrosion resistance. 304 and 321 stainless steel clamps have excellent corrosion resistance.

They withstand ozone and aging. Silicone cushions withstand ozone, sunlight, oxidation, and high temperatures. Fluorosilicone cushions resist exposure to chemicals, oil, ozone, fuel, and high temperatures.
