Product Specification

Stainless steel Internal Tooth Lock Washer. Internal teeth dig into the screw head while the smooth outside edge won't snag objects. These washers provide greater vibration resistance than split lock washers. Use with fasteners that have small heads, such as fillister and cheese head screws.
316 stainless steel washers have excellent resistance to chemicals and salt water. They may be mildly magnetic.
18-8 stainless steel washers have good chemical resistance and may be mildly magnetic.
400 series stainless steel washers have excellent wear resistance but aren’t as corrosion-resistant as other stainless steel washers. They may be mildly magnetic.
Zinc-plated steel washers are corrosion-resistant in wet environments.
Bronze washers are corrosion-resistant in wet environments, nonmagnetic, and electrically conductive.
Washers that meet ASME B18.21.1 adhere to strict dimensional standards. The zinc-plated steel washers also meet standards for material properties.    


An internal tooth lock washer is a mechanical component used to improve the tightness and safety of equipment connections. It has a circular structure and is equipped with a plurality of locking teeth, which can fill the gap between it and the connector by pressurizing the method when the equipment is assembled, so as to achieve the tightening and locking effect.
The inner tooth lock washer is usually made of high-strength stainless steel material, with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, suitable for various industrial equipment, mechanical equipment, and automotive fields.
