1. Saw off a suitable length of seamless steel pipe and remove port burrs. The end face of the steel pipe should be perpendicular to the axis with an angular tolerance of not more than 0.5 degrees. If the steel pipe needs to be bent, the length of the straight section of the z-bend part of the steel pipe end face should not be less than three times the length of the nut.
2. Put the nut and ferrule on the seamless steel pipe. Pay attention to the direction of the nut and ferrule, do not install the opposite.
3. Apply lubricant to the threads and ferrules of the pre-assembled fitting body, insert the steel pipe into the fitting body, (the steel pipe must be inserted to the bottom), and tighten the nut by hand.
4. Tighten the nut straight z ferrule stuck steel pipe, this turning point can be felt through the tightening torque increase (pressure point).
5. After reaching the pressure point, tighten the nut another 1/2 turn.
6. Remove the pre-assembled mating connector body and check the embedding of the ferrule edge, the visible protruding band bx fills the space at the front of the ferrule. The ferrule can be rotated slightly, but not moved axially.
7. Final installation, the actual installation of the threads of the joint body coated with lubricant, compression nut with which to tighten z can be felt until the increase in tightening force, and then tighten the installation of another 1/2 turn. Repeat installation
All the fittings can be re-installed several times, to ensure that the parts are not damaged and clean.
1. Insert the steel tube into the fitting body straight z ferrule against the tapered surface of the fitting body and tighten the nut by hand.
2. Tighten the nut with a wrench, straight z tightening torque sharply, and then tighten 1/4z1/2 turn.
