Name: Nylon Stand-Off Harness Clip

Material: PC board with wire cover. Qualified NYLON66 (natural color)

Fire rating: 94V-2/V-0, not easy to age, high degree of insulation.

Usage: Drill holes in the substrate, fix the wire clamping sleeve first, then put the wires into the sleeve, and gently buckle from both sides to securely fasten the cables. This method can fix the wires in any direction and angle.

1. High mechanical strength, good toughness, high tensile and compressive strength. The tensile strength is higher than that of metal. The compression strength and metal are not similar, but ABS is not as rigid as metal. Tensile strength is close to the yield strength, more than twice as high as ABS. Impact, stress vibration absorption ability, and impact strength are much higher than those of general plastic and better than those of acetal resin.

2. Outstanding fatigue resistance: After repeated folding, the parts can maintain the original mechanical strength. Ordinary escalator handrails, new bicycle plastic rims, and other cyclical fatigue roles are very obvious occasions that often apply PA.

3. High softening point, heat-resistant (such as nylon 46, high crystallinity nylon, whose heat distortion temperature is high, can be used for a long time at 150 degrees Celsius. PA66, after glass fiber reinforcement, has a heat distortion temperature of more than 250 degrees Celsius).
