Name: Nylon Mini Push Spacer

Material: UL-qualified NYLON66 (natural color), fire rating 94V-2.

With good strength, hardness, abrasion resistance, and impact strength, nylon isolation columns are characterized by high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, lightweight, and good insulating properties. They are widely used in electronics, instrumentation, machinery, automotive, and other fields.

Designed for multi-level board applications, these self-aligning, through-hole supports have a chamfered female end for stacking. The other end snaps and locks in place for a permanent connection. The supports are made of nylon, which has excellent wear and abrasion resistance and is resistant to chemicals and solvents (except mineral acids). Exposure to moisture may cause them to expand.

Flat-Top Snap-In Supports

Spacers for snap or self-adhesive mounting. These spacers have different locking and removal designs on the head of the spacer.

Furthermore, we offer different hole diameters, lengths, and plate thicknesses.

The flat top supports boards without drilling a hole, while wings on the other end add tension for a secure hold in a hole. Made of nylon, these supports have excellent wear and abrasion resistance and resist chemicals and solvents (except mineral acids). Exposure to moisture may cause them to expand.
