Product Specification

1. Stainless steel due to poor thermal conductivity than ordinary mild steel, low elongation, resulting in a large deformation force required;
2. Stainless steel plate material in the bending compared to carbon steel has a strong tendency to rebound;
3. Stainless steel plate due to low elongation, bending workpiece bending angle R to be greater than carbon steel, otherwise there is the possibility of cracks;
4. Due to the high hardness of SUS304 stainless steel plate, the cold hardening effect is significant, so when choosing the bending tool to choose the heat treatment hardness should reach more than 60HRC tool steel, and its surface roughness should be higher than carbon steel bending tool by an order of magnitude.
