Product Specification

Mini-clamps are designed to provide a perfect seal on the small hoses and soft m aterial hoses used for fuel and emission lines. The non-perforated band eliminates any risk of damage to the hose and all sizes will close to a perfect circle.    


These clamps are made especially for small Hoses like vacuum hoses, Fuel Lines, Wastegate Lines, etc. Because of their screw thread, they can be pulled very tight. Thereby a firm hold is guaranteed.
The IFE Mini Clamp features rolled band edges, preventing hose damage. The bridge under the housing optimizes hose protection and creates a more even clamping force distribution. The nut is retained even in cases when the 7 mm hexagon head screw is removed. The screw comes with a hexagon head. Band width 9 mm. This clamp is available in sizes from 6-8 mm up to 24-26 mm. It offers many benefits: Standard (stock) product is all 304 series stainless steel material code W4
The optional material is all zinc-plated carbon steel or material code W1. Free from chromium VI and will withstand a minimum of 72 hours of salt spray. Made according to DIN 3017
The clamp is well suited for small diameter joints with thin wall hoses like fuel hoses

ProductPackaging

Packing: The inner packaging consists of polyfoam, while the outer layer is a carton. The carton sizes are 29*19*19.5 cm and 23.5*17.5*8 cm, respectively. The pallet dimensions are 215*100*90 cm, or they can be customized according to your requirements.
