Metric Nylon66 Phillips Flat Head Screws

These screws are chemical and oil resistant, nonconductive, and lightweight. Exposure to moisture may cause them to expand. They’re angled under the head to sit flush within countersunk holes. Length is measured from the top of the head.

Screws with an undercut profile have a shallow head for use in thin materials.

Screws with a 100° countersink angle distribute pressure over a wide area to prevent crushing soft materials.

1. PA66-polyamide, insulation, environmental protection, acid and alkali 

     resistance, operating temperature: 80-120°c flame retardant grade:

      UL94V-2/UL94V-0

2. PVDF-polyvinylidene fluoride, use temperature: 140°c flame 

     retardant grade: UL94V-0

3. PPS-polyphenylene sulfide, use temperature: 200°C flame retardant 

      grade: UL94V-0

4. PP-polypropylene, use temperature: 260°C flame retardant 

     grade: UL94HB

5. PVC-polyvinyl chloride, use temperature: 55°C flame retardant 

      grade: non-flammable

6. PC-polycarbonate, use temperature: 115°c flame retardant grade: UL94V-2

7. PA+GF-glass fiber reinforced nylon, use temperature: 105°c flame retardant 

     grade: UL94HB

8. PEEK (engineering plastic)-polyetheretherketone, use temperature: 

180°c flame retardant grade: UL94V-0
