Designed to slide into T-slot tracks on machine tool tables, use these nuts to secure clamps and workpieces. Fully threaded nuts allow a stud to extend beyond the bottom of the nut. Partially threaded nuts keep studs from traveling past the bottom of the nut and damaging your table. Stainless steel nuts have excellent corrosion resistance. They are a good choice for use with stainless steel parts or in EDM applications.
1. In column P of T-slot spacing, the difference between the value in parentheses and the maximum width of the T-slot bottom may be small and should be avoided.
2. The size of the T-slot pitch P (3 or 4 sizes) corresponding to the T-slot width A is generally selected by the manufacturer according to the size of the worktable and the number of T-slots required for use. If it is necessary to use the pitch size, if it is larger or smaller than the T-slot pitch P dimension range listed in the table, it should be selected from the R10 series in GB/T321; if the adopted size is within the value range listed in the table, it should be selected from the R20 series select.
3. Arrange the T-shaped slots symmetrically as much as possible, and the central slot is the reference T-shaped slot. When the number of slots is even, the reference slot should be marked on the machine tool table.
