Slider nuts: European standard slider nuts come in 20 series, 30 series, and 40 series, as well as the 8080 heavy-duty special and 45 series. National standard slider nuts come in the national standard 30 series and national standard 40 series. T-nuts: T-nuts are divided into national standard T-nuts and European standard T-nuts. The specifications for European standard T-nuts are 20 series, 30 series, 40 series, and 45 series. The specifications for national standard T-nuts are 30 series and 40 series. The 30 series is suitable for national standard groove 6 series aluminum profiles, and the 40 series is suitable for groove 8 series aluminum profiles.
The specifications are as follows: ① 30-8-M4T-type nuts, ② 30-8-M5T-type nuts, and ③ 30-8-M6T-type nuts. European standard T-type nuts are special fasteners for European standard profiles (T-slots). The nut head is inserted into the groove along the direction of the profile groove, and rotated 90 degrees clockwise during installation, automatically positioning and locking itself. They are often used in conjunction with hexagon socket bolts to assemble corner pieces. The 30 series is used for European standard 3030, 3060, 3090, and 30150 profiles. The usage of T-nuts is the same; the only difference is that nuts of different sizes are used on aluminum profiles of different specifications.
