Product Specification

Saddle spring washer is a high-strength, fatigue, and impact-resistant fastener. It can provide stable spring force and damping effect and is widely used in machinery manufacturing, aerospace, automotive industry, and other fields.    


Saddle spring washers consist of an inner curved surface, an outer curved surface, and an intermediate curved surface, presenting a saddle shape. Its main principle is to utilize the elastic deformation of the saddle-shaped structure to provide the elastic force of the fastener. When an external force is applied to the washer, its shape deforms elastically and produces a restoring force that keeps the fastener at a stable force.
