Product Specification

Stainless Steel Snap-In Nuts.
These nuts have good chemical resistance and may be mildly magnetic. Snap them into square holes in thin material. Threads float inside the retainer so you can install a bolt at a slight angle to align with off-center parts. Mounting legs expand to lock the fastener in place. They can be installed by hand or with pliers.    


Cage Nuts, Often used in server racks and other equipment mounting applications, cage nuts have wings that assist with bolt insertion by keeping the nut stationary in a square hole. Cage nuts and spring nuts provide mounting points on panels where tapping threads would be impossible. They clip onto the panel surface and engage the male-threaded fastener directly or with an integrated nut. They come in several shapes which dictate how and where they are used.
