Name: Medium-Strength Steel Nylon-Insert Flange Locknuts—Grade F

Material: Stainless steel, Carbon Steel, Brass, Aluminum.

Size: M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, M14, M16, M20


Surface treatment: environmental protection color zinc, environmental protection blue zinc, zinc-nickel alloy, dacromet, black zinc, yellow zinc.


These locknuts have a nylon insert that firmly grips threads to resist loosening and a flange that distributes the load over a large area. They’re reusable, but their holding power lessens with each use. Made from Grade F steel, they're comparable in strength to Grade 5 bolts and are suitable for fastening most machinery and equipment. Zinc plating provides corrosion resistance in wet environments. Height includes the flange.
