Applications:

1. While allowing the riveted part to rotate, Step rivets quickly rivet the workpiece material together.

2. When the Step rivets bar is fastened to a non-rotating part of the workpiece, the shoulder of the rivet acts as a support surface.

3. The most common way to connect riveted workpieces is to use a press die to impact or compress the rivet.


Features:

1.  High-speed assembly, cycle time is about 3/10 seconds. Rotating/orbiting machine method in about 5-8 seconds of the fixed cycle;

2. Allows the joint to rotate, slide or stop on the assembly;

3. Rivet can be roll riveting, spin riveting, expansion riveting, etc;

5. Can be used to fix multiple workpieces of similar or different materials to the articulated assembly.

Packing: Inner is Poly foam, out is carton. Then pallet. Carton size: 29*19*19.5CM and 23.5*17.5*8CM and pallet size is: 215*100*90CM, or as your requirement.
