4. Pull out force>5kN. Compared to galvanization, zinc-nickel alloy exhibits significantly improved corrosion resistance. Under the condition of an equal coating thickness of 8μm, after passivation and sealing treatment, it can achieve 240 hours of surface without white rust and 1000 hours without red rust. Additionally, it meets the requirements for high-temperature resistance. However, zinc-nickel alloy still has a slight susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement. For automotive fasteners with a tensile strength greater than 1000 MPa, necessary verification is required before use to reduce quality risks.

Screws: Screws can be internally driven and come in various forms such as internal hexagons, cross-slotted, and internal hexagons with flange. Common screw head types include a round head, a cylindrical head with a flange, a flat round head, a flat round head with a flange, a pan head, a pan head with a flange, a countersunk head, and a semi-countersunk head. Due to the increasing demand for assembly efficiency, priority is given to the use of screws with internal hexagons and flange. The use of internal hexagon screws and cross-slotted screws is gradually being restricted as standard structures are optimized.
